Parents' Evening Booking System

In 2024-25 all of our parents' evening bookings will be made via the EduLink One app.  If you are unable to access the app for you child, please contact Ms Slack on 01204333000 or email pupildata@st-james.bolton.sch.uk.  

Year 11 parents evenings are on the following dates between 4pm and 6:30pm

• Year 10 B Band Tuesday 4th February 2025
• Year 10 Y Band Thursday 6th February 2025

Please ensure that you follow these guidelines for Year 10 parents evenings.

 To book your appointments on EduLink One please follow these steps;

Step 1

 Log into the EduLink One app on your phone.  If you have more than one child at St James, please ensure you select the child in year 10,  Select the “Parents Evening” icon towards the bottom of the options on the home screen.

Step 2

 You will then be presented with the parents evening option.  Click on any part of the parents evening information.

Step 3

You will then be presented with the date, your child’s name and the members of staff who you have been allocated to for parents evening.  Click on “Tap to Book” option for each staff member to view the appointments available for the member of staff.

Step 4

 You can select the “Available Slots” option, this will present you with the 5 minute appointments available to you.  Please add a comment in the box to indicate who will be with you on the night or any questions you have for the teacher.  This will help with the organisation of the evening.   Select “Book” once the information and time have been entered.

Step 5

 You will then be taken back to the booking screen once you have made the booking.  You will see the date of the event, your child’s name, the staff members you are seeing and the times you have booked.  If you would like to change your appointment time before 7am on the morning of the event, please click on the time you have booked for and select a new time.

Step 6

 You will then be able to preview the booking.  If you need to “Un-Book” the appointment.  Click the red button and then complete steps 3 and 4 again.

Step 7

You will now see a complete list of your bookings in the “Parents Evening” section

Step 8

To begin your appointments, select “Start Appointments”.

Step 9

You may then be prompted to let Edulink One use you camera and microphone, please ensure you select   “Allow”.

Step 10

You will then be presented with the virtual parents evening experience. The screen can be broken down into 3 sections, each of these have been described below.
