Local leaders of education
Local Leaders of Education (LLE) are successful Head Teachers with a proven track record of supporting other schools and with the capacity to work alongside other head teachers, to drive forward improvements and build capacity to ensure that improvements can be sustained.
St James's Teaching School Partnership is a member of the GM Collaborative which involves working with 9 other teaching schools across Greater Manchester, to train, develop and support aspirant and existing LLEs. This collaborative working ensures the best possible system led support for schools is available.
